On a whim, we were able to catch a pop up event at one of our local vegan hot spots and were introduced to the people of The Kind Biscuit. The title of their business could not fit any better as the couple running this company were very kind and friendly to chat with. They are another company that has a 100% vegan menu so really you can't go wrong.
Julio and I were able to sample the Cheesy Bay Biscuit and the classic Biscuit and Gravy. The Cheesy Bay biscuit was savory, garlicy, and cheesy just as you would expect. Topped with parsley, this biscuit was absolutely delicous and we wished we'd gotten two. We also loved the classic buttermilk biscuit topped with savory Impossible sausage gravy. They were generous with portions and this gravy was exploding with flavors that I fell in love with. We definitely recommend this company if you're in the Clearwater, FL area.
